- Mix all the dry ingredients together
- Add buttermilk and mix together quickly
- Heat oven to 180C
- Bring together in a ball shape. Mark with a cross on the top using a long knife
- Bake in the preheated over for 30-35 minutes until tapping on the bottom of the loaf sounds hollow

- In a large mixing bowl, preferably that of a stand mixer, stir yeast and honey into warm water. Sit for 5-10 minutes or until bubbles form and mixture starts to foam.
- Pour in salt, oil and half the flour and mix. Once that flour is incorporated, start adding flour in bit by bit until you get the pizza dough to the consistency you want: slightly tacky, but when you touch it it doesn't stick to your hands.
- The dough should be smooth and easy to work with. And the bowl should be clean!

Method
- Add all the dry ingredients together and mix
- Melt butter in microwave and add to the dry ingredients and mix
- Add in sultanas. Mix well
- Roll out and then cut to shape
- Bake in oven at 180c for approx. 15-20 minutes depending on the size of the scones you have shaped

Method
- 450 g green tomatoes (some red are good too)
- 450 g red onions
- 75 g raisins (
- 3 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 250 g brown sugar
- 500 ml malt vinegar
Notes
Cut and slice the tomatoes and onions.
Place all ingredients into a medium sized pot.
Bring to a boil and stir.
Lower heat to a high simmer and reduce. Depending on your heat this can take anything from 1 hour to 2 hours.
